Fees and Terms 

 

2023-2024 Tuition Rates 

ALL FEES ARE AUTO BILLED ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH

Tuition is determined per dancer by hours taken per week 

  • 1 hour per week: $102.00 per month 

  • 1:15 hour per week $112.00

  • 1:30 hours. per week: $127.00 per month 

  • 2 hours. per week: $142.00 per month

  • 2:15 hours per week: $152.00 per month

  • 2:30 hours per week:  $157.00  per month  

    •  (ex: 1.5 hrs. ballet & tap + 1 hr. of any other class)

  • ​3 hours per week $172.00 per month

  • 3:15 hours per week $182.00 per month

  • 3:30 hours per week: $187.00 per month

  • 4 hours per week $202.00 per month

  • 4:30 hours per week $217..00

  • 5 hours per week $232.00

  • 5:30 hours per week $247.00 per month

  • 6.00 hours per week and up tuition cap for non-company members: $262.00 

 Fees

  • All fees are auto-billed on the first of the month.

  • Tuition is determined by 30 classes in the season and divided into monthly payments for your convenience. Therefore, we do not pro-rate in months with vacations and breaks.

  • Should any or all classes be required to go virtual due to Covid restrictions, they will continue at the same day, time & length via Zoom and /or Band at the same tuition. To drop the class, the "drop class" form must be submitted at least a week before the first of the month auto- billing. 

  • $60.00 annual membership fee for the first dancer, $50.00 for each additional dancer in the same family.

    • Membership includes ​studio parties, early pre-registration for all camps and classes, birthday party studio rental at reduced rate, all our fun theme weeks and more!

    • Membership fee is non-refundable.

  • $90.00 costume fee per enrolled class will be billed with your November tuition

    • Tuesday's super kinder costume fee is $125.00 for all three dances

    • Tuesday and Thursday Ballet Technique classes do not perform in the recital

  • Sibling discount of $5.00 off each class for the second, third, etc child. in a family.​

  • Recital fee per student

    • $200.00 for the first child in a family.  $150.00 for each additional dancer in the same family.

    • Paid in two installments in February and April with tuition

    • Recital fee includes:

      • ​​In-studio photo shoot of each individual students and all classes in costume with C7. Parents can then view and purchase photos at C7. 

      • Rental of the beautiful and historic Majestic Theater, its technical, backstage, and house crews, their staff and security. 

      • Technical components of the recital.

      • Tickets for your guests at our spring recital.

      • Professional recording of the show and a digital recording for you to view, download and keep on any /all of your devices.

      • Recital keepsake T-shirt for your dancer to wear in the finale of our show

      • Recital invitations to give or mail to guests with our recital logo and information

      • Recital keepsake bag

      • Backstage class chaperones

      • Online recital packet with all the info you need for a successful show

      • Customized costume letter for each class 

      • Customized schedule for each dancer's dress rehearsal times and recital order

      • Downloadable recital program. 

*Please note that Monday classes will not have class on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th and instead all Monday classes will meet on Friday, May 31st from 3:30pm  - 5:0pm to make up the Memorial Day class.

 

Terms

  • Refunds and credits: No refunds are issued on paid fees, tuition, costume, recital or any other fees paid for any reason including Covid-19

  • Tuition is determined by 30 classes in the season and divided into monthly payments for your convenience. Therefore, we do not pro-rate in months with vacations and breaks.  

  • A minimum of five students must be met to comprise a class. If we do not have enough to make the class, dancers will be placed in a different class.

  • Methods of payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard, through our online parent portal and check and cash in the studio through your teacher.

  • All fees billed are due first class of the month. Auto –debit/ACH are processed on the 5th of the month​

  • Tuition received after the 15th of each month will be assessed a late fee of $10. All late charges will be carried over each month and payments received are applied to outstanding charges in the order in which they were billed.

  • Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $40 returned check charge and late fees will apply. After two returned checks, we will no longer accept checks as a method of payment.

  • Unpaid balance policy: When an account becomes 60 days overdue, the person responsible for that account will be notified that the account is overdue and must be paid in full in the next 30 days.  If an account becomes more than 90 days overdue the person responsible for that account will be notified that the student may be restricted from participating until the account has been paid in full, or a payment plan has been agreed upon with MSSoD. 

  • Accounts must have a $0 balance by recital week to participate in the recital.

  • Dancers who order a costume but drop the class will be given their costume after the recital.

  • Pro-rating or deductions for missed or canceled classes are not given.

  • We allow students to make-up in another scheduled class time

  • To drop either a class or from the studio completely  this drop form must be submitted at least two weeks before the first of the month auto- billing. 

  • Tuition will continue to be charged until the drop form is completed.

  • A student missing class for 2 consecutive weeks prior to recital may be unable to perform.

Covid-19 Terms

  • Should any or all classes be required to go virtual due to Covid restrictions, they will continue at the same day, time & length via Zoom and /or Band at the same tuition. rate.

  • To drop either a class or from the studio completely  this drop form must be submitted at least two weeks before the first of the month auto- billing. 

  • Please note within five days of submitting the form below, you will be sent a confirmation email which is your official withdraw confirmation. If you do NOT receive the withdraw confirmation email, please contact the office ASAP, at 972.393.7086.  as the form submission may not have been successful.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Tuition will not be pro-rated if dropped. 

WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES AND STUDIO

  • If for any reason it becomes necessary to withdraw a student from a class or the the studio entirely THIS DROP FORM must be submitted at least two weeks before the first of the month auto- billing. 

  • Please note within five days of submitting the form below, you will be sent a confirmation email which is your official withdraw confirmation. If you do NOT receive the withdraw confirmation email, please contact the office ASAP, at 972.393.7086.  as the form submission may not have been successful. 

  • If you are withdrawing more than one student you will need to fill out a separate from for each dancer. 

  • If the drop form is not received,  fees will continue to be billed at the regular amount and you will be responsible for payment.

  • Non-attendance is not considered withdrawing from class or studio and tuition will continue to be charged.

  • Refunds and credits: No refunds are issued on paid fees, tuition, costume, recital, company or any other fees paid for any reason including Covid-19.
